Resolution No. 93 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 27.03.2023 "On additional measures related to the elimination of some restrictions in the special quarantine regime"

With reference to the decision No. 93 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 27.03.2023 "On additional measures related to the elimination of some restrictions in the special quarantine regime", from 06:00 on 28.03.2023:
- All citizens of foreign countries and citizens of other countries permanently living in those countries, as well as stateless persons, are allowed to enter the Republic of Azerbaijan by air transport;
- Entry to the Republic of Azerbaijan by air transport to citizens of other countries, as well as stateless persons, reflected in the decision No. 151 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 26.05.2021 "On additional measures related to the removal of some restrictions in the special quarantine regime" the list of permitted countries is cancelled;
- A COVID-19 passport (certifying full vaccination against COVID-19 or having recovered from COVID-19 and having immunity) when entering the Republic of Azerbaijan for citizens of foreign countries and citizens of other countries who live permanently in those countries, as well as stateless persons document) request is cancelled;
- With the exception of cargo transportation, the suspension of entry and exit to the territory of the country by land transport remains in force
